Explorer Course Survivor

With children increasingly spending more time in front of iPads and tv’s, SSA Explorer Course & Survivor Skills camps are the perfect way to get children outside interacting with nature and learning new skills. These camps have proven to be a favorite among children of all ages as they learn to build shelters, gather food and water, learn basic first aid, and navigate through different environments in exciting games and team challenges. Camp time also focuses on the various avenues to help protect our fragile earth.

Baseball Skills & Games!- Players will take part in an exciting beginner to intermediate workout and learn the fundamentals to succeed both on and off the baseball diamond! Program time will focus on speed, pitching, defense/fielding and building character! Sign up today.

Note: Children do need to bring a glove to camp.

Explorer Course & Survival Skills - This exciting course will stimulate your child’s creative instincts and take their imagination across the globe!  They’ll learn methods to overcome extreme weather, challenging terrain, wild animals, and unique scenarios to survive this wild course! Camp time addresses wildlife tracking, plant identification, navigation skills using a compass, basic first aid and safety techniques, and constructing makeshift shelters. All games and activities are safe and age appropriate.
