SSA Rookies is an exciting program utilizing soccer, basketball, dodgeball, volleyball and other sports to cross-train children and help them discover their favorite sports while having a ton of fun!
The program addresses the rules of each sport, sports technique, speed and proper footwork, hand-eye coordination, nutrition, exercise, goal setting and focus. Each of these skills are introduced through games and encourage children at an early age to gain structure and interest in the positive aspects of sports and fitness.
